Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until May 26, 2023. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to digital@globaldentalconferences.orgRefunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

•  60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a $100.00 administration fee.
•  60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund.
•  Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund.

Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemic, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond conference committee's control.
